Alden Court will be visiting

The Rochester Council On aging for

a  “Heart” Healthy

Food Demonstration

Friday-February 8, 2019 at 11:30 PM at the C.O.A

The event is sponsored by

Alden Court Rehab Center of Fairhaven.

Those participating will enjoy a hands on cooking demonstration by our facility chef, a lovely light meal and a short in-service about how to maintain a healthy heart by our licensed dietician.
